谢全亮，博士(后)，教授，博士生导师，生命科学学院副院长。入选省级人才项目、石河子大学学科带头人、青年创新拔尖人才;兵团科技专家。兼任中国畜牧业协会草业分会常务理事。

主要致力于新疆特色植物橡胶草产胶合成机制解析；新疆特色资源植物的遗传改良与饲草分子育种创新研究。

主持国家级项目5项；省部级科研项目10余项；主持厅局级项目3项。

第一或通讯作者在Horticulture Research、Industrial Crops and Products、Plant Physiology and Biochemistry等国内外期刊发表研究论文40余篇。授权专利11项，软件著作权3项。出版专著1部，参编教材1部。

科研成果获澳门国际创新发明展金奖、博士后创新创业大赛铜奖、兵团自然科学技术二等奖、自然科学优秀学术论文三等奖、创新创业优秀博士后等省部级以上奖励10余项。

教学主讲本科生《分子生物学》及研究生《生长发育与调控》等课程。主持教育部教育教学项目2项、校级教改项目4项，发表教学研究论文6篇。

教学成果获石河子大学教学成果二等奖3项、卓越青年研究生导师、优秀教育工作者、优秀班主任、优秀硕士论文指导教师等奖项；所带本科班级获校级“文明班集体”、“五四红旗团支部”等荣誉。

指导学生获国家级奖3项，省级奖3项；校级奖9项；指导近20名本/硕毕业生推免至985/211高校就读硕士/博士；指导研究生获批兵团研究生创新项目2项。
